Ed-UK: Atarax for Seroquel withdrawal

Hey, Ed.
Took your advice and spoke to my pdoc about rx-ing me Atarax for Seroquel withdrawal symptoms. He didn't know much about how it might help but prescribed it anyway. It's only generic in the US - Hydroxyzine. Unfortunately, he didn't tell me when to take it and how much to take and whether to take it along with the Seroquel (I should've asked). Do you have any suggestions?
