Question about Effexor tapering

Thus far I have gone from 150mg to 37.5mg in 37.5 increments. Should I go down to 18.75mg next, or would that just prolong the amount of time I will have to be dealing with all of this withdrawal? Maybe I should just stop all together after 37.5. Any advice?
