I have started to walk and it is helping with the stress. I have told DH that I would like a tread mill for Christmas we don't have kids but when I get real stressed I take a long hot bath with epsom salt and burn a lavendar candle. My nausea too is subsiding. I was reading in a health magazine that caffeine, spicy foods and sugar makes these side effects worse so I have limited those intakes and walah **** not so bad side effects. (strange huh?)
Glad you are doing better. God will give us strength to conquer!
