Withdrawal after three weeks on Zoloft?

I started Zoloft about 3 weeks ago. It is not agreeing with me. Since being on it, I have experienced a worsening of depression and feel pissed off, angry and agitated all the time. YUK!! I can not take a chance that these things will not continue, so I am stopping the Zoloft.

My questions: Can I expect to experience withdrawal symptoms after only a short time on the drug? If I take 25mg of Nortriptyline for the time being, will this help ease any withdrawal symptoms I may experience?
