Hi my name is anxious babe and I have been off of this site for a while, but currently have signed back on. Your post caught my eye because I tried to get off the lexapro and experienced that wierd dizziness that I can't explain.
I also get those brain zaps in my head which makes me feel like I have a brain tumor. In fact I went to my MD and she said maybe I should go for a head CT for my sinuses.
I can't stand the dizziness, it comes and goes and is very unpredictable. I was down to 2.5mg of the Lexapro and then off for a week and a half, but now I am back on 5mg because I can't deal with those dizzy episodes.
Does anyone else experience this feeling?

I've tapered off Lexapro very gradually. When I went from 20 mg to 10mg, I felt a bit "weird" for a day or so. 10 to 5 I was a bit irritable, 5 to 2.5mg was barely noticeable.

I used Klonipin on occassion to take off the edge. It's been over two weeks now and I feel better except for the strange dizziness.
