Yep, you are right, I just don't want it to be a relapse! I'm feeling alittle bit better today. I've got a doc appt on friday so should be able to tell by then whether I am getting better or worse and sort out the meds accordingly.

Do you know if you can combine effexor with any other ADs (other than prozac)? Perhaps running two together while I come off Effexor would help. I'm hoping to get off the Effexor as it makes me so sleepy and unmotivated that I'm finding work difficult, so I don't really want to increase the dose.
