One good thing is that Sexual side afeects will finally be gone ! I'd love any input from pscho babble vets or dr bob on stopping ads after long term use.
Go slow! I know you probably have a limited supply but try to taper as slowly as possible. Know that it won't last forever (the withdrawal, I mean). Exercise will definitely help with depression and anxiety. Eat very well. Try to go to bed and get up at the same times each day to minimize possible sleep problems.And keep posting here for support.
