Today is the first day in 4 months that I feel good. I quit the 5 year Zyprexa habit 4 months ago,had problems with the side-effects of the Trazodone to help with sleep,then withdrawal from that,and alot of fatigue and insomnia that I've already complained about.
I got a good 10 hrs of sleep with 1mg of Klonopin and 15mg of Restoril. I felt more energetic and clear-headed and positive,thank God.
I'm hoping I'm going to continue improving. I'm going to cut myself a break and wait a week before I begin the Klonopin taper. From other posts,it sounds very challenging. I've been on 2mg for 5-6 years. I'll reread the other posts concerning withdrawal,and talk to my Pdoc,who's the one that wants me at least to cut down.Hlar
