Hey ABBA. You have found a wonderful source of information! I was on 150mg per day until 3 weeks ago. Mr Dr told me to take it every other day to get off it. Wrong! That lasted one week and I crashed and was violently ill. I then began the tapering method so many describe here. I began cutting my dose in half, then in forths, etc and going only as long as I can UNTIL the brain zaps & dissorientation begin. I hate driving when the symptoms begin. I can only imagine how hard it must be for you! Since your supply is so very limited, began reducing your dose even more. I bet and hope you will find that a "little really does go a long way!"
