Neal, Glydin wasn't trying to say that benzos don't cause withdrawal symptoms- it is well known to all of us that they can. She was pointing out the difference between physical dependence on benzos and 'drug addiction'. Although you have been physically dependent on diazepam you are not a 'drug addict'.
