Thanks for your post, It's really appreciated. I did the 75mg to 0mg thing too. Seems a really silly thing to have done now. I put on 15 kilos or about 30 pounds, but it would be too easy to out it all down to the medication in my case. Shame your tinnitus coming back when you came off the Efexor.

Hope you're doing okay.
