First Offense

Hello everyone,
I would like some advice from those who have had experience with DWIs. I received my first one this morning. This is my first and only offense that I have had. I was wanting to know what my chances are that I might not have to go serve jail time. I am a full-time student and currently do not work. I am 22 years old. I blew a .20 and I reside in North Carolina. I was appointed an attorney. Anything that would help me?
