Ya want to run melted butter through it. It will get the goodies out. Then you can bake whatever ya like with the butter. It'll look greenish but thats ok. Chocolate cake is good. Doesn't look greenish.
You can swallow caps of oil too...
Its a different high. More of a body stone. Susan used to talk about this a bit but I think shes going straight for the mo. You might be able to find it from the archives...
