(If you can leave them alone long enough for them to dry...)

I started freezing them.
You need to freeze them in the amount you want to take - in their individual bag because the good stuff freezes unevenly in them if you just throw them in in a conglomerated heap.

But caps - yeah, thats meant to be about the nicest way to take 'em.

I wish I knew how to extract and concentrate the bit you want...
