HI Gal,
sorry i havent been online in a few days.
i couldnt find the online counter, but hopefully i will find it if i keep looking. There were a lot, but most were you had to download them, one is online, but i forgot where it is.
I would quit smoking first. I think i may have
gained a coupla pounds, but smoking is
much worse for your health i think. Talk
to your doctor maybe.
