How many types of psychotherapy are there?

I have never seen a concise list of psychotherapies. Would anyone care to add to the list?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Psychoanalysis
Psychodynamic Therapy
