Has cyclothymia ever been brought up? Yeah, anyways I do know about mood instability. I wouldn't know how I'd feel from one day to the next sometimes, and I'd have valleys of depression. This made it difficult to plan things. Lamotrigine is the only medication that levels this out. The up and down was exhausting.
