So we are taught that we are no good and that we need to change. The focus is always on us. They are telling us that we have an insane reaction to sane circumstances. Over and over again. When the truth might not be so easy.
A much more agreeable approach might be to say, that circumstances are partially sane and partially insane as well as our reaction is partially sane partially insane. But NO! It is all us!
No one else. Its our fault, it is us that need betterment.. We are insane in our opinions and beliefs.. Even those about our treatment. We need this carrot and stick approach. We are lazy animals. Hello?
How can you punish a mentally ill person for not getting out of bed? When all that awaits me is punishment and misunderstanding for an illness that is not my fault whatsoever? When i have to do all the clownery these clowns make me do every day because they have NO understanding whatsoever of my illness and the illness of my peers?
THEY are NOT accepting my illness. I DO.
Screw them!
