Intensive Exposure Therapy

What are the best university based Intensive Exposure Therapy programs for Social Phobia in the US? What are some excellent private practices that offer Intensive Exposure Therapy for Social Phobia for out-of-town patients? If we're going to go out of town, might as well aim for the best. Need a program or someone who can deal with treatment resistant and more complicated cases.
