I have no experience with that particular combination of medication, but can attest to the fact that polypharmacy can work where individual meds are not effective enough by themselves.

I currently take Nortriptyline, Lamictal, prescription Melatonin and a sprinkling of Lithium.

I've asked a mod to move this to the medication sub-forum as I think you'll get more responses there.
