As you probably know, BPD tends to become less and less severe as one gets older. To be diagnosed with it, you have to have at least five of the following:
Extreme fear of abandonment
Unstable relationships (people are all good or all bad)
Unstable self-image
Impulsivity (speeding, binge eating)
Suicidality
Emotional instability
Feelings of emptiness
Excessive anger
Transient paranoid thoughtsYou may well not have it now. You could just have a few borderline traits. Most everyone would score a "yes" on one or more of these traits.
