Did you tell her that you were angry to have to wait for 45 minutes? That's huge in my book. I take it all very personally. That seems to be what shut you down, and if I'm wrong, I apologize, but maybe you could call and leave her a message about it. Sounds like she didn't have a clue how important this was to you.
