I think I'd feel uncomfortable with that kind of responsibility for anyone, Deneb. Are you really worried it will go that badly? Can you and your therapist troubleshoot some things you can do if it does? As needed meds? Call 911? Go to the nearest emergency room? Maybe you can check to see where it is.
