Although emotionally difficult, your week in therapy is amazing. The relationship with your therapist is built on layers and layers of strength, integrity, love and compassion.

I'm glad your nine year old girl is feeling more safe in the telling and in the receiving of compassion. She has waited a long time to be heard with someone who will protect her and tell her "It was NEVER your fault."

I hope you are able to check-in with your t over the weekend. Those three days can be brutal when your heart feels so exposed and raw.
