I think that you have possibly taken this the wrong way Deneb.
It could have been that when you first see her she was`nt saying you were like a child, but maybe she meant you were having childish thoughts ,and maybe ways, but now you`re matured,and your ways are now more mature.
What ever the good things is that what ever has happened over the years of you seeing her , she is telling you that theres been a great improvement, so that must make you feel good.
