Well, yoga does work for me sometimes, if I'm in the right frame of mind. But for me, really, simply focusing on my breathing is the best cure for anxiety. My T sometimes adds in thinking about a shape and really imagining it along with it so my mind doesn't go off track and make me anxious again. But focus on breathing into the belly and consciously relaxing your body. I find it sometimes helps relax my mind as well.
