Oh dear! I had a similar experience when I was 14. I was taken to a child psychologist because I wouldn't talk with my aunt and uncle when I went to visit them. I was also selectively mute at school - I didn't speak to anyone there from the age of 14, but I'm not sure my parents were ever told about this. Surely it must have been a red flag to the teachers? ! Anyway, yeah. Well if you remember the 'Pseudo-neurotic Schizophrenia' thread a few weeks ago there is considerable overlap between BPD and Schizophrenia. In other words, borderlines have strong Schizophrenic traits, in fact some have been/are indeed diagnosed with Schizophrenia at some point. So I guess that's what the personality disorder test might have been picking up on, but yeah, it does need some human interpretation. I don't know what the results of any of my official PD tests were, no one ever told me. All I know is that whenever I do one, therapy is firmly, but politely, terminated at the next session lol.
