BDD and Medication

Hi i'm new-hoping that someone has some info on meds that actually help Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I have been dealing with BDD for 10 years and haven't ever got better long-term. I have basically given up-i can't handle this suffering anymore. I've turned to drugs and alcohol. Can anyone offer some advice?
