Sorry to read that you are not feeling good. When sad moods strike, wouldn't it be nice to be able to pinpoint a reason? I know that sort of feeling. Sometimes, going outside my comfort zone helps lift that zombie state. Last weekend when I was feeling overwhelmed, my son said, "mom let's turn that frown upsidedown," and dragged me downstairs. He blasted some music and was singing and dancing and before long, had me laughing and dancing with him. Of course, it didn't last long, but keeping busy is helpful sometimes.
I also find tackling a cleaning project helps me --- then I feel accomplished and proud of a job well done.
I wish I could help more. You have always provided wonderful insight for me when I'm in the dumps about stuff. And I wish I knew just what to say to help life you out of zombiehood into zen.
