You were very brave to go. I'm glad you are safe. It sounds like lots of things came together in a very bad way. I had a hard time getting off Cymbalta too. I think the dizzy spells took about 2 weeks to stop. I found drinking lots of water helped.
Be nice to yourself. It sounds like you've learned a lot.
