Thanks Daisy... I think you make a very good point. It's so easy to read/hear something and say "well why doesnt MY therapist do it that way!" and be upset by it. I do that occasionally here, reading about other peoples therapists and things theyve done. It's definitely not healthy. I appreciate you bringing that up and I will be careful with that while reading the book.
I'm also going to check out that other book.. it sounds interesting. Thanks!
