All of my self esteem is based on career, I know I have other qualities, I just can't seem to recognize them right now.

Your post wasn't silly at all, thank you for sending encouragement.

I am going to try to do some painting (closet doors and trim, I'm not an artist.) Is watching paint dry a form of therapy? First I have to pick out a color, so far not so good on the decision making. I'm talking light brown or beige and I can't choose. My concentration and decision making ability are pretty well gone right now, so this may have to wait, but it is something to do and I know I can do it when I get up the energy.

Thanks for thinking about me. I really appreciate it.
