GG: I've noticed you haven't been posting much. Although we've only gone back and forth with each other a few times, I still notice when you're not posting at all.
I'm sorry you feel unable to vent -- that's what the rest of us do! Or, at least what I do here ;-)
Are you unable to talk because of not having the engery (depression and motivation don't really go together), or if you don't even have words for it, or if you don't think you should/can share them? I've noticed that sometimes psych. students feel guilty or ashamed about needing help, and expressing that need. [Sorry, I don't want to generalize, I'm just wondering]Try and rant away on here if you're able. It doesn't have to make much sense, or be some terse analysis or anything. Sometimes it's easier just to start with what physical feelings your depression is causing you -- often while you're doing that, other stuff just comes tumbling out too. It makes me sad to think that you, who are often here to help others, and protect the tone of content here, can't get some of that help back from us when you need it.
