It also would not be DBT skills *training* as it occurs in individual or group psychotherapy. Instead, I am viewing this as a group of individuals with a common interest in developing these skills via a self-help approach. Instead of each of working through the workbook on our own, we agree to do it together in order to stay on track, give and receive feedback, and have support.
