I wanted to say thanks to those who encouraged me to talk to my T after I had the really scary thoughts over the weekend. I was totally freaked out by it, and was afraid to tell him what happened, but I saw him tonight, and he was really supportive. It was the meds, so I have to stay away from SSRI's. Still have a mushy brain, but it's better.
