I would call your pdoc ASAP. That is the sort of thing that s/he would want to know abt so that s/he could give you advice.

It is not unheard of for people to have rxns to SSRI's like the one that you are describing and it doesn't necessarily have anything to do w/ psychosis. Also, are you certain that you don't have bipolar issues? SSRI's can trigger scary mania stuff.
