Have you ever asked your therapist:
"Do you care about me?"

I need to ask this. I know the answer but I need to hear it, rather than run off the assumption. I guess I am asking because I just want to know I am not alone and that my T has probably gotten that question before (she's been a T for 22 years!). Its not that I am afraid she'd say no, I just feel embarassed asking. I wish my appointment were today, I will probably lose my nerve by next Tuesday.
