I said to my T. at end of session that the tough me wouldn't let the wimpy me come out. And she gets all quiet and says is this what you needed to tell me?
Huh? I'm not DID. Then it was time to go. She says something about me being brave? Huh?
So I phone her later to say did I say something weird? And she says no, just that its nice that your acknowledging your gentler emotions. So how did she know what I was referring to then?
T.s, I guess they either drive you crazy or help you.
