Yep!
I try to do deep breathing or meditation when it keeps me awake. Or I read. Or get up and do a couple of yoga poses.
If that doesn't help, try to tell yourself that you can think about these things in the a.m. You can even schedule a time for it. Or keep a pad and paper by the bed, and write down what's on your mind, sort of like a brain dump.
