Anyone go inpatient for DID/ways to know parts?

Hi,
i just wanted to know if there are any good treatment places if one has to go inpatient and if there's anyone here that i may have met in a trauma treatment center in WA state or MD state.

Also if anyone has any ideas on getting to know parts.
