Hi Rabidreader,

I have trouble sleeping, too. That's one of the reasons new pdoc thinks a small dose of antipsychotic might help. It'll slow down my brain.

I wish your therapist wasn't leaving, even without transference, it's hard to lose that close relationship.

Stay strong- that you are not in the hospital is strength. You should be proud of how well you are coping with this.

I hope you sleep tonight.
