Your and AnnieRose's "hire me" vibes got to my boss (the one who is leaving). He wants me to go to meetings next week (like the Trustee meeting) that he doesn't want to go to. He said "Not that I want to shove you down their throats, but... Well, maybe I do." It is nice to have his support.
