I have a seasonal affective disorder question. Does this disorder mean that your mood responds only to the seasons and seasonal changes or can it also include a mood that responds to the specific weather of the day?
I swear my mood responds to the day. I am almost always fighting melancholy on cloudy, rainy days and feeling a good (and sometimes hypomanic) on sunny days - in addition to generally feeling better in the summer and worse in the winter. I have been like this at least since jr high. Does everyone feel this way? I am have a bp dx, fyi. Do most bp's respond so strongly to the weather?
