i'm glad you haven't found that information. this must be a terrible time for you. please remember we are here, fight D@mn it FIGHT THIS FEELING!!!!
and remember sometimes 'overdosing' won't make you 'die' but may permanantly damage your body.
terrics, please know that i love seeing you post. when i first starting talking about my SI and depression here i always looked forward to see if you would respond to me. you have SO much to contribute to this site i can't imagine what you contribute IRL!
you are such an incredible soul. please stay safe and post when you can.
Please call pdoc/T or 911, even if there is a mental health/crisis hotline that you could call-it wouldn't mean you have to go to the hospital...HOWEVER, it's not a horrible thing to do for yourself.
