I think I might try to please people too much to actually give up, however much I feel like it! If the next med works ok, even if it's not great, I'll try and shake off the pdoc and get prescriptions from my GP.
As for the CBT, I think I'll try and forget that. There are people on the NHS waiting list that actually *want* this treatment, and I shouldn't take it away from them.
