perhaps your psychologist was referring to psychotic elements that remain due to the trautic episode that occurred? i'm not good at translatioons of any sort, but due to that very traumatic experience (and dear, i'm so sorry that happened to you.. how are you doing dear??) are you having any sort of psychotic episodes following it? perhaps that is what your pschologist was suggesting..... that's how i would take it to mean.
how are you doing? i'm not sure i formally introduced myself, but i'm karen. it's nice to meet you dear. if you need anything, let me know, ok? again, i'm not good at talking shop or translating what psychologists say or mean, but that's what i'd assume, if you are having any type of psychotic episodes following the experience, which would be quite normal. take care of yourself dear. and if you have any questions, i'd ask him/her myself. that's what i'd do, because if i don't understand what my therapist means, i'm rather quick to assume the negative. so, i quickly jump in before i allow something to set into my brain the wrong way. i'd call and ask exactly what it means. take care dear....
