Hi Karen,

I'm trying to make you laugh, okay? Next time your therapist hands you the lint brush, don't give it back and then maybe he'll call you looking for it. :)

I totally get that you have all these things you need to say, want to say and you talk about everything, but. That happens to me all the time. I think I'll be in therapy forever. I just sit and stare until she asks something else.

I don't want to call her (ever- that's a whole nother long boring story) and if I did it would be to apologize for wasting her time. But then she should apologize to me for letting me waste my money.

If cleaning and laundry does keep you together not just makes others think you're together, do it. But get a wash machine with a low water level setting, so you aren't washing clean clothes. Then again I'm a perfectionist neat freak who dusts the tops of doorways, so maybe my advice isn't that good for you.

Take care of yourself. Keep posting. I'm having mothering issues with my therapist that I'm trying to get the courage up to talk about tomorrow.

Happy new year to me.

Poet
