i have these troubles too. Im sorry its hard
for you. Sometimes it helps me to hold something cold like a bag of frozen peas.
sounds crazy, but it does hlep me some.
im sorry your haveing a hard time with it.
write back if it helps to talk about it. sometimes it helps me but mostly im scared.
