depression resistant with efexor

Dear Dr. Bob

I had a significant life thanks to denibam I've supsended the cure for having used the pharma for over 4 years and cause I've discovered a difficulty in erection ..... now my fears have all returned ( fears of being observed , and general depression ) now I'm taking efexor since 12 days and I'm getting crazy since DAP and all other fears have returned .... should I continue with it ( today I'll see the doctor psychiatry who cures me ) but I'm in doubt
