Welcome. Ricardo.

I originally was in therapy without meds for my depression. However, the combination of my depression and all the sensitive issues I was dealing with in therapy, made it necessary to start meds.

I am currently in the trial and error stage of what I will need to make my life balanced. I don't regret starting meds. I just need to find the combination so I can take care of my issues safely.

Welcome and feel free to ask whatever questions you have.
